LifeSpan’s largest annual gathering is hosted by its educational subsidiary, The Beacon Institute. The 2025 edition was in Ocean City, MD (16–19 September 2025). The next edition is scheduled to take place at the same convention center.The conference offers a variety of programs, including continuing education, an expo for vendors who support senior-care providers, and networking opportunities for colleagues. Awards presented at the conference include the LifeSpan + Ceca Foundation Hero Award, the Chairman’s Award, and the Mayer Handelman Award (with ASCP).22–25 September 2026
