Über
The California Avocado Festival is a free three-day street festival held every October in downtown Carpinteria, California. Organised by California Avocado Festival, Inc. (a 501(c)(3) non-profit), the 2026 edition marks the festival's 40th year under the theme "Peace, Love & Guacamole". All proceeds benefit the Carpinteria Education Foundation and the Future Farmers of America.

- 60+ live bands across 3 stages - a free music festival at its core
- 50 arts & crafts and commercial vendors
- 15 food vendors plus a dedicated avocado-themed food court
- More than a dozen non-profits and service organisations on site
