JAPAN BUILD – International Building & Home Week 2026
JAPAN BUILD is Japan's leading trade fair for the building and housing industries, organised by RX Japan and held twice a year in Tokyo and Osaka. The next Tokyo edition runs2–4 December 2026, 10:00–17:00inPlease register at the organizer website of Manufacturing Digital Transformation Expo (Manufacturing DX Expo) - Tokyo, NEPCON JAPAN - February 17 - 19, 2027 at Tokyo(Tokyo International Exhibition Center). The following Osaka edition is scheduled for 25–27 August 2027 at INTEX Osaka.
The event brings together 11 specialised exhibitions under one roof, covering smart building technology, home AI/IoT, building materials, housing equipment, renovation, construction technology, and real-estate IT. Sub-shows include Building Material & Equipment Expo, Smart Home Expo, Housing DX Expo, Green Building Expo, Building Renovation Expo, Smart Building Expo, Building Maintenance Expo, Construction Site Innovation Expo,Digitale Bauausstellung., Real Estate Tech Expo, Apartment Management Support EXPO, and Tile World.
Digital Construction Expo focuses on digital and IT solutions for construction. Across the week, expected exhibit categories include BIM, construction management systems, DX tools for builders, insulation and structural materials, IoT home equipment, GX/energy-saving solutions, renovation technologies, and facility management products. Target visitors include housing manufacturers, home builders, architects, general contractors, developers, renovation firms, and facility owners.
