Food & Bakery Expo 2027
Food & Bakery Expo is an annual B2B exhibition for the food, bakery, snacks, confectionery and packaging industries, organized by SG Foodees - Infotech LLP. The 5th edition is scheduled for 15-17 July 2027 at India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida (Knowledge Park II, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh), in the Delhi National Capital Region.
The show brings the whole value chain under one roof: food and bakery manufacturers, bakers, chefs and culinary professionals, distributors and wholesalers, retailers and supermarket chains, importers and exporters, packaging and machinery suppliers, entrepreneurs and investors. Exhibit profiles cover food processing machinery (frying, extruding, roasting, baking, mixing and automated production lines), bakery equipment such as industrial ovens, mixers, proofers, moulders and complete bakery lines, primary and secondary packaging machinery, ingredients and raw materials (seasonings, premixes, flours, dairy ingredients, oils, cocoa, additives and flavours), automation and quality-control technology, and cold-chain and logistics solutions.
The event also offers live machinery demonstrations, product launches, B2B matchmaking and networking with buyers and industry experts. The 4th edition was held on 10-12 July 2026 at the same venue and was promoted as an MSME-approved show; earlier editions were hosted in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The organizer publishes edition announcements, a brochure, exhibitor service packages and visitor-pass registration on the official website.
