North Carolina State Fair DivisionNow is the time to submit your application for space at the N.C. State Fair in 2024, which will be held from October 17-27. We are searching for unique products to offer our fairgoers.DEADLINE: 1 July 2024Approved 2024 vendors can pay online (Visa, MC, AmEx) by visiting https://www.ncstatefair.org/EventProConnect and using the invoice number and online payment validation code in your contract packet.Please read the following instructions before using this application.2024 N.C. State Fair Information about the Livestock ShowPerformance Market SteerThe deadlines for 2024 Steer Nominations are approaching!You can download the ShoWorks Nomination User Guide to learn how to enter/nominate.The overall ranking is based on the live animal evaluation score as well as the carcass ranking and online record book ranking. There is also an adjustment factor for Average Daily Gain performance. These areas are all scored separately, so each one contributes to the final score. All steers that enter the Performance Contest MUST meet ALL the criteria.At the time of nomination, verified beginning weight MUST be submitted by a copy of official show program listing show weight from Spring Fling, Clover Classic or Showdown in the foothills before May 14th to [E-Mail geschützt] not showing at any of those shows, can submit a weight by having local county extension agent, show superintendent--Walter Earle or NCDA representative assist in weighing the calf and whoever assists MUST then email the verified weight to [E-Mail geschützt] before May 14th.Reservations can be made 180 days in advance for the 801 Youth Center Drive campground. We do not take reservations at this time for camping inside the perimeter fence near our buildings. At the moment, they are still in the mapping phase and first come first served. Payment can be made at the gate by contacting Public Safety on 919-612 6767.Do not pull up to a campground without a confirmed reservation.Please Note: Cash is No Longer Accepted
