Alle zwei Jahre wechseln sich die Australasia Bus Expo und die Coach Expo in Sydney und Melbourne ab. Die Sydney Expo wird von BusNSW verwaltet, während die Melbourne Expo von BusVic verwaltet wird. Das Bus Australia Network, dem die Bus Industry Confederation sowie State Associations angehören, unterstützt die Veranstaltung.
