Since more than 50 years, the WPOAF has displayed diverse fine arts and craft in tree-lined Tibbits Park at the center of White Plains' bustling downtown! The festival features a wide variety of art, including photography, ceramics and glasswork, jewelry and textiles. This is the perfect place to shop for unique gifts, jewelry and home decor, as well as experience art. This event will also feature emerging artists, our scholarship recipients' artwork, a free kids' art workshop and unique food vendors.
